Ancero Receives NJAMHAA Technology Partner Award

The New Jersey Association of Mental Health and Addiction Agencies’ (NJAMHAA’s) IT Project honored IT Heroes Awards recipients during the IT Project’s Annual Conference, No Fooling, IT Is Critical!, held virtually on October 21, 2020. Ancero is proud to receive the organization’s Technology Partner Award for contributions to healthcare technology, specifically for cloud solutions used by substance use and mental health clinics in New Jersey.

The goal of the NJAMHAA IT Project is to maximize providers’ use of technology in all areas of operations while serving the most vulnerable residents of New Jersey. This year’s conference focused on creating a culture of cybersecurity and promoting systems interoperability to respond more effectively to the opioid crisis.

“For more than 20 years, I’ve been amazed by the critical services NJAMHAA and its members have provided to mental health and addiction centers in New Jersey,” said Paul Boyer, Managing Partner, Ancero. “We are honored to receive this award and grateful for our strategic partnership with NJAMHAA. Ancero is committed to supporting the IT Project and continuing to develop and implement cloud solutions that support its mission.”

Ancero would also like to congratulate fellow IT Hero Award recipients:

  • Performance Improvement Excellence: Andrew MacMath, Director of Organizational Development and Technology at Ocean Partnership for Children, Inc.
  • Innovation and Analytics: Elliott Liebling, MPH, Assistant Director of Research and Development at RWJBarnabas Health Institute for Prevention and Recovery

As a managed IT services and cloud solution provider, Ancero helps small to medium size businesses in New Jersey and throughout the Northeast take full advantage of the cloud to maximize productivity and collaboration.

Now more than ever, organizations need the flexibility to work remotely, access network resources, and serve customers and patients while adhering to increasingly complex compliance requirements. Ancero’s SOC 2 Type II certification provides organizations with confidence that strict information security and privacy standards for the handling of highly sensitive customer data are being met.

Cloud solutions such as the Ancero Cloud Workspace desktop solution, the cloud contact center platform, the Utility VoIP hosted phone system, and Ancero’s data backup and recovery offerings are changing the healthcare technology landscape. All contribute to greater operational efficiency, better service delivery, more flexibility, seamless scalability, and increased customer and patient satisfaction.

The real-world impact of cloud solutions continues to drive the Ancero team each day. There is no greater example of this impact than helping to ensure that those who are suffering from substance use and mental health disorders receive the treatment they need. Ancero is honored to receive this prestigious award and encourages everyone to support the efforts of NJAMHAA and its members.
