Robert R Hogg Jr

ROBERT R HOGG, MANAGING PARTNER

Robert is a founder of Ancero and serves as a Managing Partner. In this role, Rob oversees all finance, legal and operational activities for the company, as well as offering high level direction and strategy to support the company’s growth. Rob brings more than 35 years of IT, finance and operational experience to the organization. Before founding Ancero, Rob was the General Manager of Insurance Agencies, Inc., where he was responsible for all operational activities, including coordinating numerous merger and acquisition efforts for the firm. Rob began his career as a COBOL programmer for the Artesian Water Company where he developed and maintained the company’s IT software systems. Rob enjoys golf, home remodeling and spending time with his family and friends.

Paul Boyer

PAUL BOYER, MANAGING PARTNER

Paul is a founder of Ancero and serves as a Managing Partner. In this role he provides strategic direction and leads new product and market development for the company. Since joining Ancero in 2003, Paul has positioned the company to excel as a Managed Service Provider, VOIP Provider and Cloud Solutions, while growing revenues simultaneously. His direction has positioned Ancero as an award-winning solution provider and is responsible for the sustained revenue growth since his arrival at the company. Prior to joining Ancero, Paul was VP of Sales at ATX Communications and was the founder and CEO of IDCI. He brings more than 30 years of experience to the team and was named one of the top 250 executives shaping the global managed services market. Paul enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Randy Benson

RANDY BENSON, DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING

Randy is a founder of Ancero and serves as the Director of Engineering. In this role he oversees all senior systems and network engineers. He leads and supervises engineers as they develop, test, modify, deploy and create solutions to technical problems. Randy manages the collaboration efforts between the Sales and Field Engineering Departments to ensure quality of projects and oversees the project process from design to completion. In his role, he also works closely with Sales Engineering to develop product line roadmaps and strategies in a collaborative team environment. Randy brings to Ancero over 20 plus years of technical knowledge and holds numerous industry certifications and continues to research new and innovative technologies to best suit Ancero customers in the ever-changing IT environment. Prior to joining the Ancero team, Randy served in the United States Navy for six years.

Mitch Borochaner

MITCH BOROCHANER, SALES ENGINEERING MANAGER

Mitch Borochaner serves as the Sales Engineering Manager and is responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical support and solutions design throughout the sales cycle, with a strategic focus on Cloud technologies. His assistance with project coordination and daily interaction with the engineering staff and third-party vendors help ensure successful engagements. Mitch is a results-driven technology manager with strong networking, infrastructure, Cloud, and telecom experience. Mitch is a Citrix Certified Sales Professional and a VMware Technical Sales Professional. Throughout his 25+ years in the technology industry, Mitch has honed his technical expertise, serving in various management roles which have led to his proven record of utilizing technology to support sales, marketing, business initiatives and product development.

Dana Keane

DANA KEANE, UTILITY VOIP PRODUCT MANAGER

Dana serves as the Ancero Utility VoIP Product Manager. In this role Dana is responsible for product vision and development, while working with operations, sales, marketing and support to maintain a consistent product roadmap. As well as defining product requirements, finalizing product requirements, prioritizing feature lists, pricing, based on competitive offerings and market requirements for the product solution. While always supporting the company’s overall strategy, goals and roadmaps as they pertain to our overall cloud services. Nearing 30 years in the telecommunications industry, Dana taps into his deep and robust experience to deliver high quality Hosted PBX and VoIP solutions to Ancero clients.

Debbie Romano

DEBBIE ROMANO, SERVICE MANAGER

In her role as a Service Manager, Debbie is a key strategic liaison between both the Sales and Engineering teams and Ancero’s Customers.  She joined Ancero in 2012 as a Client Care Manager, bringing over 25 years of sales and office management experience.  Debbie prides herself on her excellent skills in building rapport as well as determining the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction.  In her spare time, Debbie enjoys thrifting and spending time with her three daughters along with her Puggle, Stanley.

Pat Ready

PATRICK READY, UTILITY VOIP SERVICE MANAGER

As the Ancero Utility VoIP service manager, Patrick oversees all ongoing projects, trouble tickets and escalations from his service group. Pat ensures Ancero customers receive the highest standard of service for their Utility VoIP system. Pat joined the Army out of high school and spent 5 years training in Army communications. His past experience includes work with Snip Link LLC and Netcarrier where he honed his skills as a Lucent Switch Engineer and the primary caretaker of the Netcarrier VOIP platform. Pat utilizes this depth of technology expertise to manage the Ancero Utility VOIP platform. Pat lives in southern new jersey with his wife and four sons. He is an avid 4 for 4 Philly sports fan, sharing his love for gaming with his kids and working in his garden.

Megan Kinghorn

MEGAN CONOVER, CHANNEL MANAGER

As a Channel Manager, Megan is responsible for developing and cultivating new and existing relationships with Ancero’s strategic partners. Prior to being with Ancero, Megan grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona where she spent time at Arizona State University studying Kinesiology before relocating to the Jersey Shore. She spent years taking a variety of different jobs in hospitality and cultivating new relationships which lead her to Ancero. Megan focuses her time on educating the Ancero partner base, breaking down the technology in a way that anyone can understand, and leveraging strategic relationships to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
