ROBERT R HOGG, MANAGING PARTNER

Robert is a founder of Ancero and serves as a Managing Partner. In this role, Rob oversees all finance, legal and operational activities for the company, as well as offering high level direction and strategy to support the company’s growth. Rob brings more than 35 years of IT, finance and operational experience to the organization. Before founding Ancero, Rob was the General Manager of Insurance Agencies, Inc., where he was responsible for all operational activities, including coordinating numerous merger and acquisition efforts for the firm. Rob began his career as a COBOL programmer for the Artesian Water Company where he developed and maintained the company’s IT software systems. Rob enjoys golf, home remodeling and spending time with his family and friends.

PAUL BOYER, MANAGING PARTNER

Paul is a founder of Ancero and serves as a Managing Partner. In this role he provides strategic direction and leads new product and market development for the company. Since joining Ancero in 2003, Paul has positioned the company to excel as a Managed Service Provider, VOIP Provider and Cloud Solutions, while growing revenues simultaneously. His direction has positioned Ancero as an award-winning solution provider and is responsible for the sustained revenue growth since his arrival at the company. Prior to joining Ancero, Paul was VP of Sales at ATX Communications and was the founder and CEO of IDCI. He brings more than 30 years of experience to the team and was named one of the top 250 executives shaping the global managed services market. Paul enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

RANDY BENSON, DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING

Randy is a founder of Ancero and serves as the Director of Engineering. In this role he oversees all senior systems and network engineers. He leads and supervises engineers as they develop, test, modify, deploy and create solutions to technical problems. Randy manages the collaboration efforts between the Sales and Field Engineering Departments to ensure quality of projects and oversees the project process from design to completion. In his role, he also works closely with Sales Engineering to develop product line roadmaps and strategies in a collaborative team environment. Randy brings to Ancero over 20 plus years of technical knowledge and holds numerous industry certifications and continues to research new and innovative technologies to best suit Ancero customers in the ever-changing IT environment. Prior to joining the Ancero team, Randy served in the United States Navy for six years.

DEBBIE ROMANO, Director of Client Services

In her role as Director of Client Services, Debbie is a key strategic liaison between the internal team and Ancero’s customers. She joined Ancero in 2012 as a Client Care Manager , bringing over 25 years of sales and office management experience. Debbie prides herself on her excellent skills in building rapport as well as determining the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction.

MITCH BOROCHANER, SALES ENGINEERING MANAGER

Mitch Borochaner serves as the Sales Engineering Manager and is responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical support and solutions design throughout the sales cycle, with a strategic focus on Cloud technologies. His assistance with project coordination and daily interaction with the engineering staff and third-party vendors help ensure successful engagements. Mitch is a results-driven technology manager with strong networking, infrastructure, Cloud, and telecom experience. Mitch is a Citrix Certified Sales Professional and a VMware Technical Sales Professional. Throughout his 25+ years in the technology industry, Mitch has honed his technical expertise, serving in various management roles which have led to his proven record of utilizing technology to support sales, marketing, business initiatives and product development.

DANA KEANE, UTILITY VOIP PRODUCT MANAGER

Dana serves as the Ancero Utility VoIP Product Manager. In this role Dana is responsible for product vision and development, while working with operations, sales, marketing and support to maintain a consistent product roadmap. As well as defining product requirements, finalizing product requirements, prioritizing feature lists, pricing, based on competitive offerings and market requirements for the product solution. While always supporting the company’s overall strategy, goals and roadmaps as they pertain to our overall cloud services. Nearing 30 years in the telecommunications industry, Dana taps into his deep and robust experience to deliver high quality Hosted PBX and VoIP solutions to Ancero clients.

Steve Miron, SERVICE MANAGER

Steve joined Ancero in 2022. In his role as Service Manager, Steve takes great pride in working with the Support Team. He has over 30 years Customer Service and Management experience. Steve is an avid sports fan. He is the proud father of two girls.

DIRECTOR OF CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT

As the Director of Channel Development, Megan is responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with Ancero’s strategic partners, provides training on products and services, and assists with marketing and sales support. Since starting in the Channel in 2017, Megan has found a way to break down the technology in a way that anyone can understand to help enable our partners to be successful in positioning Ancero, regardless of their technical expertise. She believes coordinating events to promote partner engagement and providing a space to collaborate with one another is one of the key aspects to having a successful Channel program. Since relocating to the Jersey Shore from Arizona in 2013, Megan has grown her family and loves spending time with her 2 boys and husband on the beach.
