1. The spiff program is limited to new business logos

2. All services must be sold at standard rates

3. A 3-year minimum initial term and a 1-year minimum renewal term is required

4. Services must be fully installed, activated and billing before payment is made

5. Multi-location deals require all locations to be fully installed, activated and billing before payment is made

6. Spiffs are paid within 60 days of being fully installed, activated and billing

7. Deals with MRC of $5,000 or greater require special approval, and may include special terms

8. Add-on orders are not eligible for the spiff program

9. Any cancellation of service that occurs within the first 24 months is subject to a spiff chargeback

10. Any significant reduction of MRC within the first 24 months is subject to a spiff chargeback
